Terms and Conditions

By using marbleandhome.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. Please read the terms carefully before placing your order.

 

The inclusion of any product or service on marbleandhome.com at a particular time does not imply or warrant that such products or services are available at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of a product at any time.

We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The conditions that will be valid for the order will be the conditions on marbleandhome.com as of the moment you place your order.

Marble & Home wishes to provide you with the best possible online trading experience. To make this possible, we must ensure that our services run smoothly.

(i) not to publish, disseminate, distribute, upload or promote any content or material that could harm or adversely affect our business, products or services;

(ii) not to act in a way that restricts, hinders or complicates other users’ use of the marbleandhome.com site, or adversely affects the security of the site, or not to use a tool in this direction, or

(iii) not use any device or any engine, software, tool, system, program or other device or mechanism (including spiders, robots, bugs, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site, or copy content from the site. You agree and confirm not to attempt to use We reserve the right to immediately ban access to the site and close the account of a user who violates this clause or any other clause in these terms and conditions.

1- Prices and shipping costs

The prices seen on marbleandhome.com include the legal Value Added Tax and shipping costs are not included. The shipping cost for each order will be the same regardless of the size or weight of your order. If we are unable to deliver your order completely at once and we have to deliver in more than one shipment, there will be no additional charges for subsequent shipments. The prices stated in the store, in the catalog and on the internet may vary.

2- Placing an order / making a contract

When you place your order, if you have specified your e-mail address, an e-mail will be sent to you. If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be informed at the first opportunity. If you have paid for this order, you will be refunded the corresponding amount using the same method used to make this payment. If for any reason an alternative action is required, a Marble & Home representative will contact you regarding the return.

Due to the nature of the product, if you need to cancel/change the order after payment, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. However, it should be noted that the order amount we receive will be deducted by 5% fee by platform, and the fee will not be returned to us even after we refund you, so for canceled orders, we will deduct 10% of the amount, hope you can understand, after 24 hours, for orders that are in production, we will charge 10% of the order amount. If it exceeds 24 hours and the order has been shipped, we are sorry that we cannot cancel the order for you!

3- Submission
Marble & Home shows the utmost care when taking and processing orders and will make every effort to deliver your order to a residence address in New York according to the shipping method you have chosen.

Marble & Home makes every effort to send orders as quickly as possible and in order. Unless otherwise agreed, your order is intended to be delivered within 7 days, excluding Sundays and holidays, with confirmation of your order. On the other hand, although the delivery is intended to be made within the specified time frame, this period may be extended due to unexpected events.

Before ordering, you will be notified of the expected delivery details. When you place your order, if you have specified your e-mail address, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail with the expected delivery details.

4- Cancellation of the Order by the Customer
You can cancel the order or return the product up to 2 days from the date you place the order, as of the receipt of the ordered product. If you have paid for the products, a refund will be made to you, which will include the standard shipping fee for Marble & Home shipping of the products, if a product return cost has occurred. If you wish to keep certain items and only partially cancel your order, the shipping fee is non-refundable. You can find all information about the return procedure at marbleandhome.com.

If you would like to cancel or return your order, please send an e-mail to info@marbleandhome.com.

If the product you receive is defective, please notify Marble & Home immediately and return the product as stated in the section below (Returns). Marble & Home will refund the full price of the products that are deemed to be defective. The matters set forth herein do not limit any applicable legal rights.

5- Returns
Marble & Home undertakes to refund the full price of all products returned pursuant to section 5 (Cancellation of Order), provided that all products are returned to you as they arrived. In this context, the products should not be damaged, spoiled, faded, tampered with or worn out (except for use for testing the product), and their labels should be intact and complete.

6- Payment methods
You can pay for the products by credit card or debit card. You can enter the payment information using a valid credit or debit card: (VISA, MasterCard) at the time of ordering. The relevant amount will be withdrawn from your card immediately. Marble & Home has the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, the credit status regarding the order price, and whether the address information of the buyer is correct. Depending on the results of these checks, orders may be rejected by us.

7- Our Limit of Liability
None of these Terms can exclude or limit the liability of Marble & Home where the limitation or exclusion of our liability would be unlawful.

The maximum liability that may arise against you due to a loss or damage in connection with an order placed on marbleandhome.com will be limited to the total price of your order.

Marble & Home If you are having a problem with a product you have purchased online and you could not solve your problem before Marble & Home, you should submit your complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.

8- Colors and dimensions

All reasonable efforts are made by us to accurately display our product features, including product composition and colours. The color you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will display these colors correctly.

The dimensions of a product shown on marbleandhome.com are approximate to help you better understand the model or cut of that product, and there is no guarantee that the exact dimensions of the product you receive will be as well. The final dimensions of a product may vary depending on the material used in its manufacture.

9- Product Warranty
If there are defects in the products you have purchased, Marble & Home will fulfill all the mandatory warranty regulations in force. If you have a complaint that the products we have sent have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including damage during shipping, please inform us and we will be doing partially refund

10- Transfer and Assignment
Marble & Home has the right to transfer or recourse to third parties any claim that may arise in connection with the delivery of the goods, including payment installments.

12- Severability
To the extent any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or invalid by any court or legal authority, the remaining Terms will continue to apply.

13- Rights Ownership
